A/C blowing harder on drivers side

My A/C blows harder on the drivers side than the passenger side. Mine is NOT the dual climate zone. I was freezin and wifee was hot. I reached over and it was maybe half as much air on her side. I can close my vents and still get as much blowing thru the closed vent as she gets with the vent wide open. I have also heard a fluttering sound on her side recently. (no, it wasn't the wifee ) Wonder is it is a damper motor working as it is intermittant. Kinda a fluttering sound and gets less as the truck is running. Any ideas?

Let us know if you take yours in and it gets fixed.

Mine does it too. I get the same BS from the dealer and STAR as being normal. The dealer is trying to work with me though. I have had the blend doors worked on and the freon checked but nothing helps. Mine also will blow some cold air out of the passenger side floor vent. I have a DM for service investigating now. I will post if something gets fixed.

Mine and my neighbors 3500 srw also. His has 135k mine 12,500k.BOTH trucks did NOT do this when BOUGHT or LAST SUMMER.There will be some BIG issues on this as time goes on.Star told the dealer I use its normal for a 12 degree differance from left to right side vents.BULL,their just using this as a easy out.12 degress is a LOT of differance! Call the 1800-992-1997 and keep jumping UP and DOWN.Also try moving the TEMP selector up a click or two and see if it dosent actualy blow colder then.Mine does

I haven't noticed the temperature difference yet. I will stick a thermometer in both sides and see. My gripe at the moment is a lack of air flow on the passenger side.

I am going to try and take it in next week. So far the dealer has been good about doing known issues such as the window felt and the power booster hose. I have my doubts about actual ability to solve the problem without a TSB in hand.
