Talking vents not blowing right!
friend's 03 having prombelms with his vent they are not switching to the vents or defrost any ideals?

There was a service bullentin on the defroster door breaking on some of the early 03s. Might be your friends problem.dodgeram.org TSBs See group 24 heating and a/c, defrost door inoperative.
