Bumper build
Well since making my summer goal to pay off my truck, I had to axe buying new bumpers, I figure it will be worth it when my 6 year loan is payed off in 2. So i'm going to make my own, got plenty of steel and a welder, so why not?
My question is, tips, hints, tricks from people who have done it yourself? I am pretty handy on the welder, and can follow a drawing with measurements, but i'm not that creative or take a picture and build it myself.
Basicly, if someone had basic measurements for the main frame of a bumper, it would help me a TON. I'm looking to get something like a Buckstop Baja, because it's a good lucking bumper and simple. I can guess how long the front plate is, but the angle back on the headlights is really where I need help.

What I did with mine was draw something out on paper first. Then you decide on any changes. that way you have something to look at and to go off of. Once I had the main bumper made up, I took some old rebar and bent it around and tacked into place. Did this so the rebar is your template. My only suggestion is to take your time and try to consider very opinion.
