My son reclined the back seat the other day and heard a "pop". When he went to bring the seat back up the handle on the side doesn't do anything. I took it apart and the end of the cable is out of the handle. Any suggestions? I put it back in once and it came back out almost immediately.

Sounds like you will need a new handle.
