Brake help

I replaced the pads on my truck this weekend. I did the front on Saturday and the back on Sunday. After doing the front everything felt fine. After doing the back everything feels different. My brake pedal doesn't feel the same when I go to brake. It feels like my back brakes aren't working. Anybody have any ideas? I am at a loss.

Did you open the bleeder valve when you compressed the calipers so as not to push the old fluid back through the system? Then again you may have air in the lines. I would bleed the whole system.
