I purchased a 2500 CTD mega cab 4x4 to haul stuff, and I know it's a truck, and it will ride like one, but does anyone know if swapping out the rear Bilsteins shocks would help control the bed so it doesn't flop around empty on the crappy highways?

My wife is expecting our first child, and the shaking is pretty uncomfortable for her, so I am looking for ways to increase the ride comfort. Not looking for a lift at all.
