battery cable ends

One of my battery cable ends that attaches to the battery terminal needs replaced. It's on the battery that is on the passenger side. I need to replace the bolt also. Can I get this at most parts stores and anything special I need to know?
Thanks

You can, what I like to do, and what others have done, is go to home depot / lowes, ect, and get a brass end cap (like for ground rods, ect) Then heat it with a torch, fill it with lead (solder) and get it as a liquid. Leave around 1/3 of the space empty and push the wire into it (and hold it) This will form a much better connection since it's 100% connected vrs only the outside wires conducting electricity like on the "clamp" type replacements. I've done this in the past, and it works a lot better. Used to have cranking issues with the clamp style, but once I did the solder issue, it cranked much better.
