Back in the fold.

After selling my 98 Ram 2500 Club Cab CTD a year ago i've been a little out of touch with the goings on here.
After brief flirtations with F150's, F250's, and Silverado 2500HD's over the last year or so i now have a proper truck again.

Last week i purchased a 2006 2500 SLT with just 11kmiles, a real dream truck with thousands of pounds of added extras.

Anyways, i was showing a guy around the truck the next day and he made me a real crazy offer on it so i let him have it.

2500 Cummins trucks arent exactly plentiful here in the UK but after a little searching i turned up this beauty, an 05 2500 SLT CTD with just 26k miles.

It's good to be back in a real truck and back on here!

The previous owner had custom made a winch mount for a 15,000lb Superwinch,

Good to see that real trucks can make it across the pond. I might be moving to England for a couple of years and it will be good to know that I might actually be able to have a proper vehicle once I get over there. Beautiful truck.

you have roads big enough for a ride like that.
That 06 looked real nice but I think you did right by letting it go, as the 05s are certainly the best year ever.

Diesel prices have soared in the UK the last few years. We are now paying $10 a gallon (£5GBP). Fuel here is 80% tax!
On top of this our goverment has introduced green taxes charging people an extra $1000 a year if they drive 4x4's and high pollution vehicles.
