plugged my i phone in the aux jack to play my ipod and only get the right side speakers..ie;no stereo...any similar issues?

 

What version is your iPhone? Some of the early ones had the phone jack set in a recess and the many plugs would not go in all the way. Had to have a plug with a small diameter "head" on the plug. One other question...are you sure you are using a stereo cable and not a mono cable?
