Aux input on 06 radio
Aux input on 06 radio
Problem: The input jack is very loose and I have to wiggle the input cable to get it to work right.
I did a search and couldn't find mention of this problem but apparently it is common enouth that the service reps know all about. If I were still under warranty they would just replace the whole radio. The nut behind the jack comes loose.
Has anyone repaired this them selves or should I just get an aftermarket stereo?

i thought i did one.
pull up the three (?) rubber inserts. 3 screws under there.
pull that peice up.
2 more screws
pull that peice out
lay down in floor (or use a mirror)
there are 2 screws in the bottom of the radio bezel that have to come out.
