I have been trying to enable the auto door unlock feature and am not having any success. Can anyone give me any advice to do it myself? I've reprogrammed other features without any trouble on the first shot. I've tried this one at least a half dozen times and can't get it to work. Unless I'm not understanding the way it is supposed to work. I thought it was supposed to unlock all doors when the driver's door is opened if the 15mph auto lock feature locked the doors. Please correct me if I'm wrong, or help if you know any tricks. Thank-you! Paul

 

There are a couple other prerequisites:
1. The truck has to be turned off
2. The driver's door has to be the first one opened.

Maybe you already have it enabled but aren't complying with the 2 things above?

 

I agree. I have this feature turned on but there have been plenty of times I am in the process of shutting the truck off and I open the door BEFORE it is shut off, other doors will not unlock.

If I shut truck off first, open drivers door, other doors unlock.

 

Thanks guys. I think I usually open the drivers door before shutting down. That is probably the problem. Didn't realize you had to shut down first. I'm just getting ready to run an erand, I'll try it. Thak-you again.
