I think a coin is under my ashtray because it doesn't close. I forget how to remove the ashtray assembly. Help??

i guess that feature wasn't installed in all models. personally i don't need one

 

Grab and pull. the unit clips into the dash. I pull my entire dash apart for a couple coins stuck in there, Then found out the unit clips into dash. Felt like and idiot. So open door up and just pull on the door and it will unclip.
