My 01 did it all the time.. My 04 and 06's never did it.. Its the fan..It uses the hydro clutch whereas he 04 and 06 have an electrical clutch. The accessories are a load on the engine.. They want to stop.. But the fan is another story. Its a HUGE flywheel. Its what is making the belt chirp.
