I have the Dyna Pro's. I like them alot in all weather conditions they are quite . and wear very well. I am very happy with them. I just wish I had gone with the 275.
The place i got them from deals with a very large volume of truck and offroad tires. They said that Hankook anf Nitto's are the the best, easiest mounting tires they sell. They report very little if any weighting needed for both.

All in all I am fairly happy with how they balanced out. My roadtest home from work was good. Tires are much quieter than I expected based on the somewhat more aggressive tread than factory. As far as 265/70R17's fitting on a dually...no problem, at least with these Hankook RF10's. Definitely no need for a spacer at this point. I would be willing to bet I could fit 285's with no problem...not sure if I really need to go any bigger however. I checked speed accuracy on the way home with my GPS and my GPS was approx 2 km/h slower than my speedo, this is pretty close to what it was with the factory 235's.

So far all in all I am happy with my decision to go with the Hankook RF10's
Good to hear! Aren't the 265/70/17 smaller than the factory 235's? Only reason I ask 'cause you sound like you were concerned about fitment.

265's are approx. 1/4-1/2" shorter(depending on brand)than the factory 235's, but they are roughly an 1" wider.I have ran the 265's and like stated above,no spacer was needed with the Cooper s/t's but I did still opt to use a 1/4" spacer for good measure.I am now running 285's in the Nitto terra's and they definitely require a bolt on spacer. They are slightly touching running the 1/4" spacer.Brand make does make a difference in all this.My friend runs 285's in the Firestone and has a decent gap with only a 1/4" spacer.

For all us dually owners wanting to run larger tires I sure wish the tire manufacturers would come out with a 255/80/17 or a 265/75/17.This would get us the taller/slightly wider look without the use of a spacer.

I didn't think they were making them yet? I saw them listed as a "soon to be" availible size.If you know who has them please tell cause that would be the perfect size,IIRC they were gonna be E load range also!

Make sure they do a roadforce balance on them...that alone can resolve many issues.

Also as far as size they are 31.8" for the 235/80R17 and 31.7" for the 265/70R17's that is more like an 1/8" or less, not 1/4-1/2". They are wider however and my main argument was S speed rated vs R as well as higher load capacity.

Your right on the math but it doesn't reflect an exact dimension.I had Coopers in 265's and my friend had had Maxxis in 265's.They were both a full 1/2" shorter than stock. That may not sound like much but it is very noticable when they are on the truck in the extra large fender well openings these 3rd gens have.Maybe the Hankooks are closer to the specs,I don't know.

I've got 8k on them and so far they are good. I probably need to get them balanced and rotated here in the next month. Might try to get that done tomorrow.

There is article in the new 4WD magazine or one of the off-road mags about the HANKOOK tires. Haven't read it yet, but it looks detailed. They are made in Korea (South :>))
