Anyone get a quick beep after opening their door?

It doesn't do it every time or I don't hear it ever time.

Park, shut off, open door, 1-2 second beep.

Anyone know what it is?

Yes, I have heard that noise before. I am guessing it is a solenoid on one of the locks.

Makes sense, I know it sounds nothing like my Sister's Durango which is a wheezing/whirring type sound. It's just so intermittent it catches me off guard and I can't determine where it's coming from.

I get it too, sounds like the solenoid in the rear driver's side door. It's been like that since the truck was new.

I get a beep from the rear drivers side door every once in a while when I unlock the truck with the fob. I'm glad to hear others have heard the same thing. Thought I was going crazy there for a while.

I do too, but it only started about 6 months ago. Makes me wonder what changed to cause the beep to start.

I hear it but not all the time. First time I ever heard it I pulled over right after exiting my driveway and looked for a cell phone somebody had lost one wknd. Looked for it for 35min I knew it was there somewhere I thought.

I get it too. It is hit or miss when it happens, but it is the locks.

Thanks to all for confirming my sanity being intact.

Next up, how can we use this beep to make the truck go faster?
