i have the factory auto key fob locking system on my truck, no alarm. i want to put one in. if i walk into the dealer and ask for the alarm, do anyone know ,what part # will i have to give him . and can i install it myself without having the truck reprogramed. i put one on my h.d. [factory]and it wouldnt start ontell i took it to the dealer and had it reprogramed. is the alarm moduel for the 03 the same part for the 01,02

 

If you want an alarm go with an aftermarket one from someone besides the dealer. You can get MUCH better alarms for probably less money than the one the dealership will give you.
