AC light flashing???

Ok, just started this weekend, the AC is not working and the orange light above it is continually flashing, doesn't matter if I turn off blower, as soon as the key is turned over it starts, also my heated mirrors won't work either. Anybody got any ideas?? thanks.

Just replaced the control head on an '07 for the same thing.

so that is the only option? found some on ebay for like $140.00, hate to price one at the dealer.

The control head is typically the component that fails when the flashing light and /or mirror issue presents itself.

Yes, the control head has to be replaced. The one I did was from Dodge but I didn't buy it.....the truck owner did. Might try Rock Auto and see if they have one.
