Everything is fine until I turn it to the top speed.It then sounds like its going to take off,it vibrates very loud.Any ideas ? It didn't do this last summer.(while under warranty)

 

Bad bushing or trash in the squirel cage fan. Take it in, it's under warranty. May need a new fan or the recir door is broken.

 

I've had to remove mine and pull out leaves twice this year.

 

My buddy and I have identical trucks (different colors though). 2006, both of our blower box doors blew in under 20k. We both had bad fan vibrations, and no air through the dash vents. Dealer had to remove the entire dash to replace the blower box.

 

Yeap, recirc door was broken.

 

i had the same problem w/ my 06 at under 20k they replaced the blower motor and the recirc door no prob since o and by the way mine was vibrating then it just went completly out in florida heat go figure

 

It was the recirc door.Dropped fan and removed it.Nows there is awesome amount of air coming thru the vents !
