3rd Gen center caps - which one is better

All

I have two sets of center caps - one has metal tangs that snap onto the lug nuts and one has plastic tangs that snap into the center cap and could be replaced if necessary.

Thanks

The newer trucks have the plastic tabs. If you want to know which is better put one with plastic tabs on your truck and also put one with steel tabs on. Next, with your bare hands, try to pull each one off not using the tool. You will find that the ones with the plastic tabs sometimes can be pulled off easily. For that reason I say the steel tabs are better. I've had both and never lost either one but I could see you losing the ones with the plastic tabs if you do any off-roading....
