2007 Laramie front bumper???

I need some help
So I have an 06mega SLT, I just got a 06 laramie bumper from a friend for $100. now i have done the search just to get it out of the way but could not find the answer i was looking for.
Question: Will the bumpers match up?
And at looking at my truck i see that there are the connections for the fog lights but I have none on the original bumper. When connecting the fogs up to the connections prewired will they automatically work?

if all you got was the outside plastic skin then NO it wont fit....but if you got all the hardware and fog lights then you should have all the pieces it takes to bolt it right up....least that's how mine was.....
oh- and yes the fogs should work as long as you buy the fog light headlight switch....=$3X.00 bucks IIRC

I have a friend that works at the local dodge dealership and he contacted the service dept to ask if i took my bumper off and put the other on if it would work. They said it would bolt up no problem. I was thinkin of just test driving another dodge and takin the switch out along with the overhead center with the homelink system, or any other ideas?Rudy

just buy the $30 dollar switch.....
