On the factory Infinity system the Amp-on wire is the Blue/White.

Sorry, my bad, I was looking at the wiring diagram for my PAC. These trucks use a Can-Bus interface in the radio, the pink and pink/black wire, so there are no traditional signal wires like, amp on, VSS, illumination etc, unless you buy a PAC adapter. Pretty much a necessity if you are running any kind of after market gear

so is there any way to get remote amp turn on?

edit, so I played around for a long time, found various sites, it seems there is no wat to make it work with a regular LOC. using stereo wires for amp turn on. I ended up using the left side cigarette light power lead. It is on and off with the key, and has a time out, like the radio. Its about the closest I could find.

If your going for an aftermarket amp remote, that will work fine, as will any 12v switch power.

If your trying to turn on the factory amp with an aftermarket radio, you will need an adapter.

In my opinion, PAC makes the best harness for the job.

If you buy a PAC C2R-CHY4 adaptor, you will get all the "normal" leads out of it. VSS, amp on, park brake, dimmer, accessory and so on. A must have if you ever put an aftermarket deck in. Also, it gives you an out for the steering wheel adaptor (sold separate) so you can still use your wheel controls for an aftermarket deck,
