I found a 2006 2500 4WD Quad Cab Laramie southern truck loaded with everything including navigation with 120k for $19250. It was a local trade to a Chevrolet dealership and they will not negotiate further. It appears to be in excellent one owner shape but there is no history on it(carfax ok no dealer recalls)... is this worth the gamble? Are there any issues that I should be on the look out for? I have been looking at similar trucks equipped like this and they are going for quite a bit more. Thanks in advance for any input-

 

if you post the vin and EXACT miles i can pull a vip and tell you about any work done at the dealer, and if need be every last option on it.

ask for the owners contact info to inquire about maintanence, what type of oil, synthetic or not and intervils, and was the truck used for heavy towing or none, ext... peace of mind info

 

Whats the NADA and the KBB values. I don't care what was done to it. If the value is lower than the book I wouldn't buy it. If it is a good buy then go for it caause they will run a long time.

If you wreak it the insurance will use a average value and beat you with a low value payout. Especially in todays economy.
