All the Rams come with 4-wheel ABS standard.

If I remember correctly the ST models comes with rear ABS only, SLT and Laramies have 4 wheel ABS.

But if you look further and check here (click on one of the trucks) under "Additional Options", 4 wheel ABS is listed as standard for ALL models.

I see that. Now they have conflicting information.
I looked in the owner's manual and I did not find anything at first glance today.

Does anybody know where the sensors are located so that I can check?

I dont have proof to back this up ,but I have to agree with MikeB.I have an 04.5 ST two wheel drive that I just put H2,s on with 315/70,s on rear and my original 245/70,s on the front.Theres about four inch difference in diameter ,and I got probably about 400 miles on now with no brake problems at all.If I had 4 wheel ABS with that big of a difference in tire size ,the ABS would go nuts when the brakes were aplied.

I'm pretty sure they are all 4wheel/3 channel ABS. This means the front wheels braking is controlled independantly left an right with ABS but the rear is controlled together meaning that is the RR wheel detects lock up the ABS control unit unit sees it as just rear lock up and releases pressure to both rears together. The ABS sensor for the rear is mounted on the diff not one for each wheel which means it is 3 channel and just monitors the ring gears deceleration not at the wheels. The easy way to tell is to look for a wire going from the frame rail to the knuckle on the front wheels, the RF wheel has the wire clipped to the plastic inner splash shield at the frame rail just to the rear of the tire and should be visable with the truck parked.
