08 Dodge "Light Load" switch

My brother has an 08 Dodge. On the dash below the radio there is a switch that says "Light Load". If you push it all it does is flash. What is it supposed to do??? Thanks in advance for the help!!!

It's got something to do with the tire pressure sensors and loading the back of the truck down heavy. When you do that the tire pressure gets off somehow and will give you a low pressure warning unless you press the button. I had a tag hanging on my dash when I got my truck and it explained all of this but, of course, I won't read it until I have an issue...
