I deleted the 07 tails on mine and installed 03-06 APC leds. I would think by now the aftermarket has some 06 style tails that are plug-n-play for 07 wiring harness but back in Dec when I did mine they didn't. The only way to swing it was cut-n-splice. You won't have any "light out" issues. Unless you install LED tails but even then it's easy fix with some load equalizers. I've been meaning to ditch the APC's though and put the stock 07 tails with spider lite leds back in there. I know it sounds crazy but I've grown to hate the 06 look and want the 07s back...
