Twice in a week or so i have gotten in the truck and heat or air wont blow on any speed or setting. After a while it randomly starts blowing. Any common problems come to mind or any ideas?

 

This happened in my 07 constantly. The blower motor is visable on the passenger side under the dash. I looked underneith with my maglite one night and it appears the previous own was "hitting" it to get it going with something. So in turn, i gently tapped it with the flash light and it turned right on. They are a known problem, they're not gold-plated...just replace it when you can afford to. Or just pay someone to ride around with as an official blower motor kick starter. Hope this helps.

I've seen the control heads on '07s cause the same problem.
