Got a new Scout II and installed as per instructions, but the turbo timer and the trans temp didn't work. I sent it back to Quadzilla and they say they installed new circuits and reflashed with software. I hooked it back up to the truck and the turbo timer still doesn't work. Is anyone out there running one of these? If so, are you having any issues with it?

I am running the scout 2 and have had no problems. I love using it to control the POD on the smarty. Dumb question, but you did tap into the correct wire in the steering column for the timer to shut the truck off.

FINALLY I think I can help someone here.
I too installed the Quadzilla Scout 2 and my turbo timer did not work. The dude at Quadzilla had originally instructed me to tap EITHER ON OF THE 2 Pink with white tracer wires in the harness as "Doesnt matter which because they both go together later in the line" WRONG, my turbo timer didnt work. A guy at my diesel shop instructed me to tap the OTHER pink w white tracer and try it out. GUESS WHAT, it works perfect.
Now, a piece of advise for all, when you tap your exhaust manifold for the pyrometer, do yourself a HUGE favor and buy a brand new top quality NAME BRAND tap.

I was, in fact, tapped into the wrong wire. It all works. Thanks for the feedback from all.
