Hiccup on light acceleration?

Hello, I'm new on here so bear with me, I have a 08 3500 mega cab has DPF delete and egr deletes and I pull a 45 foot goose neck car hauler and on small hills I have the best I can explain a hiccup, I thought is was just at about 1700rpm, but noticed it happens at other rpms as well, the only code I have is a P0111 which is a Intake air temp sensor code, anyone else had this problem and if so what did you do to fix.
Thanks
