Exhaust Vibration problems

Since the deletes from the turbo back to muffler and Smarty Jr. i have had exhaust vibration problems. i returned to the installer a couple times with the following results.....the 1st return the installer suggested that i have a or multiple injectors going out or it's because of the smarty tune and i should try a different tune. So i have done that and continue to have this vibration. On the second return, a assistant installer used a sluge hammer on the forward most hanger with some improvement. Still vibrating and become anoying. Anyone with ideas on how to correct this problem, please at me. Thanks.

What type of vibration???

I highly doubt that is being cause by either the tune or an injector going faulty. I would think it could be solved with additional bracing etc.

Unless its an engine drone that you are hearing.

Mine did this as well, Flo-Pro 5 in TBE. The second to last hanger was vibrating against the the bracket. I cut a black bungee cord, the big ones you get at truck stops, and zip tied it between the hanger and bracket. No more vibration! I highly recommend not doing it right after pulling the West Virginia mountains at 75 mph like I did. Forearm contact with pipe when EGT is reading 750 leaves a nice burn.

Blake, i agree it is not injectors or the smarty tune. 2171CTD, may be on the right track. i was in an hurry when i posted this. The wife wanted to go the movies. This vibration is felt while slowing down and coming to a stop. Placing the emergency brake on and leaving the truck in gear, i have looked at the tail pipe and it is vibrating hard enough to be felt throughout the truck. If it's not the bracing could it be a design flaw of the 4" system? Like a bend in the exhaust tubing causing turbulance? If so, the installer should replace it, i hope. Thanks for the response. i'll remember the hot exhaust!!!!!
