WOW!!! Silencer ring...

I pulled my silencer ring tonight... !! Could not believe the difference!

Who ever posted his silencer ring pictures with it destroyed from where he pulled it out... I don't know what you were doing, but mine came out in about 30 seconds...

That thing is LOUD!

i think that as vikingdiesel that had a really hard time. i think my torque tube made mine louder than the ring.

I removed my ring when I first got the truck and could tell a HUGE difference! I later got my AFE and it really topped it off well!!!

I think the whistle is a gearhead thing -

sometimes on the interstate I turn the tunes off just so I can listen to the turbo singing...

What's it do for power? A little, a lot or nothing?

Nothing for power, but I love to hear her sing!

Didn't turn on my radio for weeks after I modded my air box, torque tube, and silencer ring. I still like to roll down the windows, turn off the stereo and listen to it.

The whistle itself is great. It that annoying air sucking sounds that gets to me.
