Unhappy Wow I just noticed the fuel pressure

drops to 0 at 75 mph!! It usually hovers at around 6-8psi at idle and while cruising and drops to around 2 psi under moderate acceleration and down to 0 at WOT. I wonder if the cold weather has anything to do with it? I'm thinking hard about that Scotty kit for hooking up a Blue pump.........

Does it ever end????????????????????????????????????

I had a noise that sounded like a pump cavatating that only occured when going 75+ down the interstate. After installing the AirDog the noise went away. I'm now pretty sure that what the noise was, was the lift pump starving the CP3 pump.

It was back to normal this morning. It's not as cold as it was Saturday when I noticed the 0 psi. Maybe the fuel was trying to gel up on me. I think it's time for some additives and maybe that Blue pump too.......

Are you measuring pressure pre or post filter?

I'd do the blue pump and scotty's lines. I'm running 14 psi at idle and 12 at WOT.

I've got the Genos Stainless fuel filter cap with the fitting for the fuel sender. I forget if it's measuring pre or post filter...

If you are tapped into the top of Genos fuel filter cap, you are measuring pre filter. That is why I got a banjo bolt from Genos and tapped into the bottom of the filter holder.
