Does anyone have any input on the new Wilson "Thrasher" intake manifold for the 5.9CR wilsonmanifolds.com looks pretty trick but i cant seem to find a price?

looks like a ats intake to me with a plate does it change the whole manifold? zzcustoms.com has a nice manifold but you have to have the old one machined off and really need to port the head to get all the benifits

It looks different for sure, its a different design and you cant have your heater grid with the intake which sucks if you daily drive in the nice cold winter climate.

 

the zz unit u can run the grid heater if need be im still wondering what the plate was for it did not look like a whole manifold like the zz unit or a hellman unit what does the plate do act as a carb spacer in a way?

 

Last I heard it was going to be around $450. They said there working on one that you will be able to keep the grid heater, thats the one I am waiting for.

 

The plate is for the new intake horn so it can be bolted on.
