im sure any newer vehicle than 1996 will wwork with that port.seems like a good price.most tuners will read and clear codes too and give you some fun but they cost a bit more

It should work but like some programers it says only reads generic common error dtc's. Also you may want to check on the # of starts and if it clears them some obd scan tools will clear starts and key cycles. But if your out of warranty dont sweat it.

I am in warranty, and I have a code that I need to clear that popped up when I installed my Quad. So all I want to do is be able to turn of CEL and clear codes, think this one will do that?

Without erasing the starts who knows the ecm in these trucks are sensitive as all get out you can barely sneeze without having the dealer fight you over warranty issues. I would just let it clear itself over a few days period. Have you done the 3 key skims to see what the code was on your instrument cluster.

Yep, can't remember the code but its been there for over 6 months, the others cleared themselves but this one won't go away.

I Just Bought It About A Month Ago And I Am No Mechanic Or Tech By Any Means. I Had Like 4-5 Codes And The Check Engine Light Would Come On About Every 400 Miles And My Truck Would Go Into Limp Mode. Bought The Exact One, Cleared My Codes And Have Had No Problems With Codes Sice. Knock On Wood I Have About A Thousand Miles On It Since....
