Will Smarty enable high idle function on ECM?

It isn't just the manuals, early '03 autos don't have high idle either. I talked to Bob W about it and the SMJ can't enable it because it simply isn't there.

Here is a pic I made and had it posted before. It shows you where to hook up the wire. If anyone needs the little harness, we usually stock them at work and I will check this evening to see how the inventory looks.

If you look at the connector it has the numbers on it just like the pic. That way its not confusing as to whether you are looking at the back side of the connector or the front.

Yes, rear most connector B. Pin 22.
Unbolt connector B from the PCM. I didn't even disconnect the trucks batteries.
There should be no wires in pin 22, just a plastic plug. Push out the plastic plug and insert the pigtail.
It will click in place & give it a tug to make sure it is seated correctly. Re-insert connector B and tighten the bolt.
Prior to doing this I added another 6 inches of wire to the pigtail and attached an eyelet to the end.
I removed one of the PCM attaching bolts & inserted the eyelet in it for the ground.
It should work..
