I still think you should change to software 5 and try that. With the bigger injectors you don't need to run the Smarty on 9 with a stock cp3.

On my truck, with a 62/71/13ss turbo at the time, and Flux 2's, a stage 2 pump, and Smarty TNT on level 3 I made 521 hp on a mustang dyno. That was timing 2, torque 2, and rail pressure 2.

Maxing out your tuner settings is not the way to go. Start lower, and slowly progress upward until you stop seeing performance gains. Although tuning your truck without a rail gauge is a pain.

I backed it down to sw9 and so far just crusing around seems to be alot better. Now I will probably tow again this coming weekend to see if it helps with that!

I also have to run my stock cp3 on sw 5. Dynoed better on 5 than on 7 or 9. I am not familiar with your sticks but they are probably larger than mine so try 5 or 3 TNT. I tow 16k on 1 and with a single keep egts in check. Your rig will be awesome when you get it tuned in. That is one thing good about being a broke white boy is i usually only put one mod on at a time and is easier to pinpoint issuse.
