Why can't I tell a difference between tow and Crazy Larry?

Well like the title says I cant tell a difference between tow, performance, and crazy larry. Ive got a power puck, quad boost fooler and obviously a bully dog. I towed 11k+ pounds up the mountains for hours yesterday and never even came close to haveing any egt issue's. The truck seems really tempermental, sometimes it will flat move and blow alot of smoke and 15 min of driving later I will only get a slight puff and she will be slower. I'm a little confused with all of of this any ideas?

Its the truck in my sig, 2.4.d CR and the puck was on 90.

When I had my triple dog, I had lots of problems when I tried to use the boost fooler with it. Sometimes the truck would run great and other times it just plain sucked. Removed the boost fooler and all was fine; put it back on and problems came back. I have heard of a couple others having the same problems.

Crazy Larry zip file

I upgraded my programmer and lost the original crazy larry that would flat haul butt . I got a new beta 2.4 and I too seem to have lost the crazy larry seat of the pants effect, and it is almost like the outlook does not change the settings even though I have it set to the proper truck.

That is what I thought too. I emailed BD on what their plans were for the PMT software for us 03-04 guys and got no response. It seems like our trucks are not served well by the PMT.

I know where your coming from, 2.4.0 would have easy walked away from 2.4.d. Does anyone have an older version?

When I first downloaded crazy larry about a year ago, i had the same problem. they all seemed the same. i downloaded again and nothing. after a few attempts of putting it back into the truck. it just started working. Don't ask why, but if its working right you can even just rev to about 1500 and switch to extreme and the truck will rev higher by about 2-300 rpm.
