Angry Who makes the best injectors????

Currently I am running f1s Flux Injectors, but curious if there are any better out there. I've only had the injectors for 2 months, and had one fail today. Not downing anyone, just need advise on too see if there are better options. Makes me question the reliable of the injectors.

What type of fuel filter are you running.
If you are running threw your stock housing,
you had better look into a after market setup.

Fill out your signature so we can see the mods. Without that, hard to point you in the right direction.

What is it doing? Symptoms?

If you want to pull them out and send em over we can get to em pretty quickly right now. I have some additional help at the shop the next 7 days or so.

i pulled them out today an plan on shipping them back to you tomorrow Don.
im truely not sure what happened to them it acts like ones just sticking open to me. the truck ran pretty well was cruising down the intersate heading to the super pull in corbin to dyno it an it just started hazing white smoke out the pipe so i pulled over an checked it out. I didnt get any feul in the crank case so leads me two believe its not the body. Hell the truck barely missed at ideal but smoked like crazy (white) so well c

We have begun looking into these injectors. So far, its bad.

The first two nozzles are pressure traced and one of the two is cracked all the way down the nozzle. The full length of the nozzle is cracked, not just a small section. I will report the condition of the other 4 injectors when I know.

Please allow me to play devils advocate here and make a few points and suggestions:

1) You are operating the system at rail pressures too high to expect any long term durability.

2) I am not sure if you know it or not, but the rail pressure you see on a pressure gage is not the pressure the injectors are subjected to when you release the throttle after a WOT run. The gage' sampling rate is not fast enough to "see" the pressure spike when the throttle is lifted. During testing I have seen in excess of 40,000 PSI with a fast acting transducer with a small modified single pump. Not a stage 3 or dual pumps. 50K plus has also been measured.

3) The pressure relief valve needs to be used. It is designed to quickly open when the throttle is lifted. It helps by removing a small amount of fuel from the rail very quickly to avoid "spikes" of pressure getting too high.

4) The FCA cant react quick enough when the throttle is lifted to lower pressure and avoid spikes. This is especially true of the modified FCA's. This only makes a pressure relief valve more valuable.

5) Daily driving a truck with high pressures can also crack the injector' body.

In the end, I would decide if the use of the truck is more of a daily driver that you need reliability or a competition kinda thing that can deal with failures. Daily driver trucks need lower pressures and a pressure relief valve, IMO. It wont matter what brand or type of nozzles you decide to run if the pressures continue as is. They will all end up with pressure traces and finally cracks and failures. Or maybe even a cracked body and a crankcase full of Diesel. Sorry to be so repetitive and nothing is meant against you. Just wanting to convey some info

so i have questions now. what are you reading on your gauge for pressures?
and is the MP8 turned up at all times??? how would this be avoided as a daily driver? running a lot less programming until needed or wanted?
for the guys running dual feed lines, they don't have the pressure relief valve anymore, this is a bad idea???? and i am not sure but if you run dual CP3 pumps, will this be less likely or worse? cause i thought that running dual Cp3 pumps, you run 2 feed lines to the rail???please and thanks
