Can anyone tell me where I can get a replacement Fleetguard FF5320 for my GDP filter setup in or around Calgary? I've called a few places (kenworth, peterbuilt) but no one carries that filter, must be an oddball. I could order it from GDP but its a $30 touch with shipping for a $12 filter.

 

is there a cummins dealer in your area? They usually carry them.

 

Usually freightliner/western star/sterlings dealers & cummins sells fleetguard. In Lloydminster AB thats the way it is, if you cant find any try the Cat 1R0750 fuel filter, I use the fleetguard since Cummins owns it. Cant tell if 1 is better than the other. If no luck, let me know.

 

Yeah all the places I've called sell fleatguard, just not that fliter. I got the fs1212 20 mic/h2o seperator no prob. I'll try another Cummins dealer.

 

Ff5320 ??????

 

Its a 2 micron rating, mostly used on Cat on hiway engines. Fleetguards replacement filter.

 

You can also get the cat filter, 1R0750. It's fits the GDP kit perfectly, I have one. And is a better filter. The Cat one is 2 microns absolute and the FF5320 is absolute at 5 microns.

 

I too have the Glacier fuel and filter system.

I pick up the Fleetguard FF5320 filters at the Cummins Dealer in the Foothills industrial district in Calgary.
4887 35 Street SE. They were cheaper than Glacier even for the FF5079 pre-filter strainer.

Never had a problem with availability with either..
