I need to buy a few things for my truck, floor mats, rain deflectors, mud flaps to name a few.

Any suggestions on a good place(s) to buy them?

I get mine from Mopar, they fit great and usually aren't too much more than aftermarket. It helps alot if you can find a dealer that will give you a little break.

If you are looking for floormats the only way to go is with Husky Liners. They rock ! especially if you are in the snow belt. My truck is almost two years old and the carpet still looks like when it came off the showroom floor. They catch everything and hold up well to the Canadian winters. You won't go wrong. My 2 cents !

Try MacNeil Automotive, not sure of the web adress, got the weatherTech front liners. They seem a little nicer than the huskies, though I did go with the huskies in back.
