It should say on the inside of the wheel. At least a manufacturer. I think.

They got a KMC center cap but they arnt on there website unless they are discontinued or something.

They look like these but with 5 spokes and 8 lug. But they say they dont come in 8 lug.

You can get the ring welded on after the fact.
