3rd Gen Rim Size?

I have the aluminum rims on my '03. Why does the door sticker say 17x7.5" rims, when I think they are supposed to be 17x8", right?

The door sticker probably has the original factory steel wheels on it.
If you got an upgrade (Laramie or "appearance group&quot, then your window sticker would have the correct size on it.
I don't think they put appearance stuff on the sticker in the glove box, only drivetrain type upgrades.

I.E. My door sticker says 245/75R16 tires, but mine came with 265/75R16 tires on the 16X9 aluminum rims.
Can't remember what "package" added the rims and tires.
