I just filled up today and hand caculated I only got 13.3mpg with all city driving. Before I put the smarty on I was getting around 17-18mpg in the city on stock programing. I've been running the Smarty on SW 3 all default settings. What settings are you guys running on the REVO to get best mileage. Any help is appreciated.

I've had my best luck on SW 3, no rail pressure and the fuel economy timing.

 

Try Torque Management 1, Timing 4 and Rail Pressure 1.

Thanks for the help guys, I loaded up SW 3, tq 1, timing 4, and rail pressure 1 and what a difference, I'm now getting 1 mpg better than I was stock.

On Smarty REVO SW 7 Torque Mild (1) Timing 4 or 7/1/4/1/0 I am consistently getting ~14.5-15mpg city and 19-20mpg highway. This is with 305/65/17 tires and a 300lb steel bumper on the front.
