What is a small pressure box for an '06?

I was reading some literature (from a reseller on eBay) of the ideal setup for the Silver 62. It said it should be stacked with a performance module (like the Edge) and a "small pressure box". What is a brand name for a "small pressure box" that works well with the Edge Juice?

Good to know!

What makes it "safer" than other brands? Less pressure? Is a little extra pressure still OK for the stock injectors?

From what I'm reading on their web site, what you have does NOT add pressure.

In the woods? You must mean out in the open, where it should with triple the displacement.......

What are you referring to? The VA is rated for about 60-65 hp and it's pressure only.

Tell me if I'm looking at the wrong thing, but this is from their web site...

"The van Aaken SmartBox™ C3.2 is a digital device that alters the quantity of fuel injected into the 2003-2005 5.9L Dodge Cummins through changes to the injector pulse width, with absolutely no change to the fuel pressure. These changes are carefully mapped to minimise black smoke and hold Exhaust Gas Temperatures to a safe level."

http://www.vanaaken.com/usa/?pagename=c3.2

This is the only think I could find that they offer for the later model Rams.

And nope, not in the woods!

Lark,
We're talking about the C3.1, not the C3.2. The 3.1 is pressure only and it ramps up sooner than most of the others.

Quadzilla XZT pressure only

TS MP8
Quadzilla XZT adds pressure, duration, timing. Since it adds all three I would say the pressure is on the low side. Could always call Quadzilla and find out for sure. I think they will also modifiy a box any way you want it. So if you want a pressure only box I think they could do that. Best thing to do is call them. After all I'am just repeating what I have heard, and you know how rumors are.

OK, my mistake - but I'm going to blame it on their website.

For the C3.1, they show it only being for 2003-2004.5. But when you click on it, it then reads "Vehicle: 2003-2006"

Thanks for the clarification.

Ive been to Quad's facilities. I have a pressure only XZT designed for the TST stack...not sure on its exact hp rating but it is some power. It re-maps the fuel curve down low...and i like that. its 50-65hp for sure.

the timing and duration is very limited on a regular XZT....heck its only 65hp! it only connects to the MAP and rail pressure.....its can't do much timing or duration.
