What gauges are needed with a box?

I would like to know what the PRO's think. My truck is stock and I will be adding a power box and I would like to know what gauges are needed. I will be buying Isspro gauges with WINDSHIELD POD (TRIPLE) and one of the gauges I will be installing is a transmission temperature gauge because of my auto trans and a A-pillar gauge pod if I need 4 gauges. Oh and what place do you all think is the best place to put the sending unit for the trans gauage in the trans or the cooling line?

You will definately need an Exhaust Gas Temperature(EGT) gauge to keep temps in check and allow the turbo to properly cool down. A boost gauge is also recommended to monitor performance.

Ok, Which boost gauge? I see a Mechanical Boost Gauge (0 - 60 psi) and a
Mechanical Boost Gauge (0 - 30 psi) Which one and why are there 2 different one's
with the psi's. As you see I have a lot to learn. But you can never learn without asking
question's

Of course. I'm not an expert by no means, but this is the third truck I have modified and have learned a ton from the beginning.

These trucks stock make 26-28psi stock( I think). Boost is how much air the turbo is flowing. The more fuel you add the higher the boost will go and EGTs will also increase, especially with a stock turbo.

If I were you I would choose the 0-60psi boost gauge. Reasoning for this is because if you add any kind of box you will be over 30psi and that gauge will be pegged and you won't know your true boost reading. My first box was an Edge EZ and I could hit 40psi with just that. The 60psi gauge should also be sufficient if you continue modifying the truck.

Thanks all for you help on what gauges. What place do you all think is the best place to put the sending unit for the trans gauge in the trans or the cooling line? The fuel pressure gauge is there one that only uses a wire instead of a line filled with fuel coming into the cab? BCarmicle sounds like you have a hell of a Kick a** truck

Fuel pressure before trans temp. Once the tranny gets that hot to notice...it is done anyways!
