My buddy just got the Edge juice with attitude and CTS monitor and it does not display tranny temp etc. What gauges will I be able to display with the Insight model of the CTS? I want to get the Insight for gauge purposes and get the Smarty for programming. I want to make sure I have boost, tranny temp etc but now am affraid to pull the trigger incase its like his and doesnt come with these things. Edge doesnt list on there website what can be displayed with the Insight, only a broad array of what could be displayed. Any help appreciated. Also does the back up cam on the 07 turn on when you are in reverse? It doesnt do this on my buddies 2004.5. Thanks

 

You wil have to install an egt probe to get egt readings and it won't display trans temp either. The 5.9's don't have a factory trans temp sender whereas the 6.7's do.

 

I have both the Insight, older one that looks like the Attitude Monitor and the Juice with Attitude. If its like my Insight, you have to pull the tranny monitor setting from the Chysler Specific settings in the menu. If you have the tranny temp displayed and its an N/A, try and find the Chysler specific PID.

My Juice with Attitude is automatic with the displays once selected. No hunting around for CS PID's. I like the Insight's guage selection being able to show four differant sets of PID's. My Juice can only show one set at a time. Forgot to mention, you should be able to hook it up to you computer and perform the set up there.

I keep remembering things, (edit) If when you first tuned it on and it asked you if you wanted to display the default settings, the tranny temp most likely was not one of them. If you selected (no) it should have asked you to program it for want you wanted to see.

If you can't get it going give Edge a call. They will talk you threw it.

 

Yup on my 07 the tranny temp is under chrysler
I also like Intake air temp, boost, Engine load, I have a pyro allready so I didn't get the optional Egt probe. It does 1/4 mile time etc, I like it, very worth while
