What differences between FASS Systems??
Hey All..
I just can't figure out what all the differences are in the FASS Systems..
They have 500 Different models and ratings and I just want to know that I have chosen the right fuel system..
The model on my system is FASS 150/95-1007
WHAT is the difference between that and the FASS 150/150?? Or the FASS 150/200...
I don't want to have to upgrade this pump later and I want the best I can get right now. So before I mount this pump can somebody let me in on the secret as to what all the different numbers mean?

Here is a brake down of the part number:
FASS XXX/XXX-XXXX
First set of x's ---- This is going to be a 150 or 95. This will tell you what series it is.
2nd set of x's ---- This will tell you the flow rate. 95, 150, 200 GPH
3rd set of x's ---- Will tell you the application for what truck. 1000's are Dodge, 2000's are Ford and 3000's are Chev.
For stock to Moderate power i would suggest the 95 to 150 GPH unit. If you are going to mod your CP3 to require higher pressure 40 PSI +, i would suggest looking at the 200 GPH. The 200 GPH pump is only for High pressure/high volume applications only.
The only trucks i can see using this pump are any with P-7100, Modded CP3's, Power Strokes, Modded CP3 D-Max. All these trucks will require pressure above 40 PSI.

Honestly.....I have not found a VP-44 yet that could out run the 95 GPH. I know we have 95 GPH units on 600 RWHP trucks........1.5 PSI drop @ WOT.
As for the P7100, Hot CP3 and other systems....i should feel anything stock to mod HP the 95 is just fine. You get to double stacking tuners, big sticks, might look at the 150 GPH. The 180 GPH @ 45 PSI, 90 GPH @ 70 PSI units are for the systmes needed consistant High pressure and good flow.
You can run a 150 GPH on a stock truck if you want.....you may have tank pick-up restrictions to deal with.....but i have had a 150 GPH on my truck for 3 years with not one issue.
Are pumps are convient overkill to make sure you never have to worry about your fuel supply. We don't like tap dancing on a razors edge......
