Just wondering what the differences were since I got an 04. Couldn't find an 03 like we wanted.

 

Just minor cosmetic stuff is all. Mike

 

1. Adjustable rear headrest

2. Laramie has chrome body side moulding

3. Sport has body color side moulding

4. Laramie has chrome grille surround

5. Laramie has interior brushed aluminum accents

6. Body side mouldings optional on ST & SLT

7. Laramie leather seat have contrasting colors (more)

8. Automatic may accept exhaust brake??

9. Rear window with defroster is dark tinted

10. New steering wheel, 4 spoke, smaller airbag.

11. Lumbar adjustments are now manual, ok function.

12. Front headrest sit a bit higher, in lowest position.

 

Thanks. I thought I had alot more chrome than the 03's did. Talk about bling bling ;D

not at this time. They havent yet perfected the lockup and gotten the ECM, brake, and TC to play together.

 

Everything AlbertaBear said, plus the inner-sides of the Laramie leather seat bottoms are now completely wrapped in leather and DC deleted (1) of the dash vents, so now there are only (4) dash vents. Other than that, very similar to the 2003s.

 

am very happy with my 04 truck. As long as you get a pre egr truck I think you will all be happy as well.
