Question of the day from the moron. I took my valve cover off and I see the injectors. I see that the rocker arms would have to be taken off in certain locations. How do you remove the injector? I see 2 small bolts holding the injector, but once the bolts are removed how the heck to the injectors come out? I know I am missing something small and I don't want to go forcing anything. Or option 2- stop where I am and wait for a few of my friends who are diesel mechanics??

WAIT!!! You need to take the connector tube out first. Remove all the lines going to the injector tubes, then take the tubes out. They should be replaced with new injectors as well. There are some that have had luck re- using them, but when you are already having troubles , why take the chance?
