Valve adjustment

I'm having My truck worked on and wondered if I should have them adjust the valves while they have the truck. I have 160,000 miles on it.

I did mine when I changed injectors.
If I were you I would do it just for the peace of mind.
You can do it yourself if they want to much money.

I am in the process of getting my injectors done by F1. When I put everything back together I want to check all the valve clearances. What is the process? My truck only has about 25k miles on it so I think I should be able to just put the exhaust rockers back in and it should be fine, but I want to check to make sure.

Adjust them anyway, it only takes 20-30 min
