Question Two wheel drive lift

I have been wanting to raise the front of my truck to try and get it level, I noticed that the Suspension Connection has a set of spacers that go on top of the springs to give it lift, has anybody installed these in their two wheel drive? Whats involved.

i've never installed a puck before, but, to be able too, rent a coil spring compressor from a parts house (~$30 deposit). jack-up one side of the truck w/ the jack under the control arm and take off the tire. put it on the coil per instructions, which should be included. unbolt one or both of the nuts holding the spindle to the control arms. with the truck on jack stands, lower the jack to lower the lower control arm and decompress the coil. you should then be able to install the puck when the coil is no longer compressed between the control arm and upper bucket. now do everything in reverse order to finish the side. switch sides and repeat. again, i have never installed a puck, but have replace a coil spring and the steps may be different for some strange reason. also be careful not to bind or twist the brake hose!!!

*if anyone has a safer or easier procedure, please reply!!!
